Mutlu is the founder of the firm. Her practice spans international infrastructure projects and substantial commercial agreements. She has been contributing the leading companies including IMKB 100 companies in Turkey by advising on significant projects.
She specialises in contract law where she undertakes a broad range of work including contractual disputes, shipping disputes (shipbuilding, charter parties, bills of lading) international trade/commodities and insurance (marine and non-marine). She advises large companies on a wide range of issues. She has particular expertise in shipbuilding and the automotive industry with vast experience in the negotiation and drafting of main contracts of automotive and marine industry such as shipbuilding contracts, CKD/SKD/DKD manufacture agreements, distribution agreements, OEM supply agreements and has over the years advised on new building contracts for many types of vessels as well as manufacture of many types of vehicles. Mutlu’s experience extends further than just being a lawyer, she has a detailed understanding of how businesses work and how to marry the legal elements with her clients' goals.

Hatice Ozcelik has graduated from Law Faculty of Marmara University. She completed her master's degree in International Trade Law in England. She has valuable experience in counseling in Commercial Law, Contract Law, Urban Transformation Law, Administrative Law, Real Estate Law, Industrial Property Law, Intellectual Property Rights and Property Ownership.
She has provided legal services to property owners, domestic and foreign investors and construction companies in the Urban Transformation Law both risky building and risky areas. She has considerable experience judicial and administrative litigation cases in this field as representative of contractor, owner and investor. She carries out the full process of urban transformation which covers preparation and negotiations of construction contract in return for land share or other types of construction contracts.
She has litigation experience especially, recognition and enforcement of the decisions of foreign court and arbitration awards, correction of the land share cases, execution of the lawsuits related to construction law. She has experience in construction, software services and architecture sectors.
Hatice contunues her PhD studies and lecutres in Medipol University.
She also had lectured on the Urban Transformation Law and Administrative Law at the Istanbul Bar Association Internship Training Center.
She speaks English fluently.
Ilke has a wide practice including labor law, family law, property law, commercial law and civil aviation law.
With years of experience, Ilke has established an excellent reputation as an employment litigator and adviser to both employees and employers. She also has an established practice advising employers and senior executives at the start and/or end of the employment/partnership relationship.
İlke has particular expertise in the civil aviation industry and she advises to companies and employees in the industry.
Gulden practises in Civil Law, Labour / Social Security Law, Intellectual Property Law, Execution / Bankruptcy Law and Administrative / Tax Law. She also gives legal consultancy for the companies at various sectors and she continues her official mediation works at legal disputes.

Nazan specialises in litigation, debt recovery, enforcement law, repossession and family law. She also advises on all aspects of family and matrimonial law with particular interest and focus on financial settlement arising out of divorce.
